Introduce new unit: Dental Health. Tools we use at home to keep our teeth healthy - toothbrush, mirror, floss, mouthwash, and toothpaste. Patterning dental items: teeth vs toothbrush (ab, aab, abb)

Review tools we use at home to keep our teeth healthy. What is the job of a dentist? Why do we need to go to the dentist? What tools might the dentist uses? Discuss expectations of going to the dentist.
Review tools the dentist might uses and the expectations of going to the dentist. Not only do tools keep our teeth healthy, but eating foods with dairy in them keep our teeth strong and healthy. What are some dairy foods? What foods are not healthy for our teeth? Sort healthy food/not healthy food for our teeth.
