Practice circle time (finding assigned sit-a-pon, sitting on sit-a-pons, keeping personal space, looking at the teacher. Activity: Discuss jobs that students can help with around the classroom. Discuss the differences of the jobs they do at home. Introduce Job Chart!

Review bus expectations. Do all children take the bus? How else can we get to school or go home from school? Make a "How do you get to school" graph. Analyze graph - more, less, same.
Discuss what it means to be a good friend. Make a list of student responses.
